At Lilo, we understand the body and movement as a living language of expression, care, and connection to the present. Here you'll find dynamic and creative barre and yoga classes, focusing on mobility and flexibility exercises.

Barre Classes

Barre classes combine ballet-inspired movements with strength, stability, and control exercises. Through short, precise repetitions, the legs, glutes, core, and arms are specifically targeted, helping to tone the body, improve posture, and increase muscle endurance.

It is a dynamic and low-impact exercise, suitable for different levels and for those seeking a complete and balanced workout.

Yoga Classes

Yoga classes focus on the connection between body and breath through postures, mindful movement, and relaxation. The practice helps improve flexibility, strengthen the body, and reduce stress, promoting physical and mental balance. It is a discipline adaptable to all levels, allowing for gradual progress at each individual's pace.

Mondays and Wednesdays

7:30 PM to 8:50 PM

Tuesdays and Thursdays

Sweep in Santosha

5:00 PM to 6:00 PM

Workshops

Inversions: Learn to go upside down with strength, balance, and confidence. Overcome fears, improve your body, and enjoy the experience.
