What does the Yoga&Brunch experience include?

It includes an outdoor yoga session followed by a healthy brunch in a unique setting.

No. The classes are designed to adapt to different levels and accompany you from wherever you are, respecting your body and your pace.

Yes. You can practice yoga with me at Santosha with the Yogatrek team in person in Cádiz or join the online classes from wherever you are.

You can easily do it through the website or by contacting us directly. Just choose the option that best suits you and your current situation.

Yes, to do the exercises we will need a mat, everyone will bring their own and a towel if needed.

The workshops are monthly in-person sessions designed for those who regularly practice yoga and/or barre and want to take it a step further: understanding the body, biomechanics, and the principles that underpin a conscious, safe, and consistent practice. We focus on postures that are often more challenging in class, such as inversions, backbends, and more.

Not being flexible is a reason to start practicing yoga. Flexibility is a consequence of practice, not a requirement. Yoga adapts to your body as it is today, not the other way around. Each pose has variations, and the goal isn't to "go further," but to listen to your body, move consciously, and breathe.

No. The activity is designed for all levels, including beginners.
